We believe in empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to enter college and/or the workforce. It is our mission to do that and more.
The Founder of #NBCC is Victoria Randle MSN, NP-C. She was once a young girl who wanted more for her-self but had no direction on which way to go. She navigated the education system blindly and encountered many challenges along the way.
Orphaned at age 15, Victoria had no guidance on how to finish high school, how to apply and interview for a job properly, or how to apply and interview for college. This lack of knowledge lead to years in dead end jobs that never offered her the ability to live a comfortable life, nor were they fulfilling.
Fed up with her circumstances, at the age of 22 she walked into a junior college and asked the first administrator she saw “ How do I become a nurse?” From there Victoria went on to become a CNA. She fell in love with education and went on to obtain three degrees in the next 10 years..
Victoria has decided to devote her life to preventing others from enduring the struggle she encountered. Many like her, have a lack of knowledge regarding education, job securement and education cost assistance. New Beginnings Career Center will change that for many of the other “Victoria’s “out there.
